I added Cyprus cities.
I also made some minor changes to remove PHP 5.3.x compatibility issues. As far as I know, Joomla! 1.5.15 is the only version that's even somewhat compatible with PHP 5.3.x, and it still fails with eWeather. I found some problems with the XML processing code in Joomla and submitted a bug report. I'm not sure when they will get that fixed and released, but you can find my version of the fix here: robertjlavey.com/forum
