I added Cyprus cities. I also made some minor changes to remove PHP 5.3.x compatibility issues. As far as I know, Joomla! 1.5.15 is the only version that's even somewhat compatible with PHP 5.3.x, and it still fails with eWeather. I found some problems with the XML processing code in Joomla and submitted a bug report. Sorry for the inconvenience, but the forums are having problems. There seems to be a permissions issue with my hosting service, and the forums cache becomes inaccessible. I changed the way the configuration parameters are stored. They are no longer stored in a PHP file in the filesystem, since that was causing permission problems for several users. They are now stored in the database. NOTE that upgrading to this version requires that you upgrade to the latest mod_eweather, mod_eweather_forecast, and raf_weather modules, since the older versions of those modules are not compatible with this new configuration parameter scheme.
