I fixed a problem where the Module Class Suffix was not being used when generating HTML.  You can now add a Module Class Suffix through the Module Manager, and it will be appended to the hard-coded class name.  For example, "Show more details" and "Select your city" use class="button", but you can change that to class="button_mine" by setting the Module Class Suffix to "_mine".

I made changes to the eWeather component to better support SEF.  During my testing, it didn't appear necessary to modify the modules, but for safety I did anyhow.

This all worked perfectly on my test machine, but when I placed it into production, both of the updated machines failed when in SEF mode.  I got "404 - Component not found" errors.  After a bit of digging, I discovered that I needed to update my configuration.php file's $live_site parameter: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=544&t=302658&start=0

Hopefully this will be a fairly transparent change to users who aren't interested in SEF functionality.  Hopefully it will work correctly for users that are interested in SEF functionality :)  Let me know if you have any problems or questions, though.

Moved Mexico and Canada to the North America group.  Mexico had been in the Central America group, and Canada had its own group.  Neither was correct :)  The United States still is its own group, since it's further broken down by state.

Moved Bermuda to the North American Islands group from the Caribbean group.

Changed English wording from "wind chill" to "feels like."

Added Iran, Bosnia, and Slovakia cities.

Added front-end translations for Bosnian, Finnish, and Slovakian.
